Have you tried to purchase a PDF?

For folks outside of the US, there was an enormous shipping charge tacked on to the sale of a PDF.

However it seemed, we weren't trying to gouge you for a digital distribution sale.  It was a PayPal mistake that has since been corrected.

Thanks to everyone who brought this issue to light.
